Pilisiné Mányik Beáta has been a member of the KRISTÁLY team since 1999. She obtained her certified accountant qualification through a training program at Perfekt Plc., then graduated as an economist from the Illyés Gyula Faculty of the University of Pécs, specializing in entrepreneurship. She later earned an advanced professional qualification in advertising management.

In recent years, she has gained professional experience in senior financial advisory roles. In the field of financial consulting, she has worked with banking partners such as K&H Bank, Erste Bank, OTP Bank, MKB Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank. Over the years, she has also acquired in-depth expertise in leasing finance, particularly in the areas of invoicing and receivables management.
