Ferenc Nyirati
Managing Director, Registered Auditor, Financial Markets and Accounting Expert
Nyirati Ferenc has extensive professional experience in financial and accounting advisory services. He has participated in the audits of Hungarian mid-sized enterprises as well as subsidiaries of international companies, and has carried out due diligence and advisory engagements. As an expert, he has contributed to the resolution of special corporate situations, including the financial and accounting treatment of corporate transformations, asset valuations, acquisitions, and currency conversions.
He was the originator, professional coordinator, and organizer of the development of general ledger entries and inventory data export standards maintained by the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors. Software programs that generate these data exports may be awarded the designation “Auditor-Friendly Software” and the official Chamber logo. He has published several articles on this topic.
He is a lecturer at the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors, actively involved in the work of the IT Advisory Service, and serves as a methodology advisor for the DigitAudit audit program.

Beáta Pilisiné Mányik

She obtained her certified accountant qualification through a training program at Perfekt Plc., then graduated as an economist from the Illyés Gyula Faculty of the University of Pécs, specializing in entrepreneurship. She later earned an advanced professional qualification in advertising management.
In recent years, she has gained professional experience in senior financial advisory roles. In the field of financial consulting, she has worked with banking partners such as K&H Bank, Erste Bank, OTP Bank, MKB Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank. Over the years, she has also acquired in-depth expertise in leasing finance, particularly in the areas of invoicing and receivables management.

Krisztina Málingerné Tölgyesi

Málingerné Tölgyesi Krisztina has been a member of the team for over 20 years. She obtained her degree from the College of Finance and Accounting, specializing in public finance. She has applied her professional experience in the field of leasing finance as Commercial Director.
Her main responsibilities include continuously monitoring accounting and tax legislation and official guidelines governing the company’s operations, as well as building relationships with new business partners, identifying new business opportunities, and assessing client needs. Her areas of expertise include advisory services related to financial and business processes.
